Ziggler ripped on Cena for the way he tweets and the inspirational quotes he uses:
vote @JohnCena for social #SLAMMY if youre into cut & paste tweets, like most pouty teens quoting Marilyn Monroe on Facebook

Zigger (@HEELZiggler) and Cena (@JohnCena) are up against Zack Ryder (@ZackRyder), Ryback (@Ryback22), Nikki & Brie Bella (@Bellatwins) and Paige (@RealPaigeWWE) for the Tweet It: Best Twitter Handle (Social Media Champion) category that the fans can vote on for the Slammy Awards on Monday's RAW.

Ziggler continued to campaign for votes from the fans on his twitter account.
"If you're into me putting anyone and EVERYONE on blast with a roast-esque acceptance speech, vote for me SOCIAL #SLAMMY," Ziggler tweeted.
He added: "BTW SOCIAL #SLAMMY should be called the @ZackRyder award, he started it all, but I don't want him in harms way, on the stage."
The social media award is the only one that Ziggler is up for on the special Slammy Award edition of RAW.
The WWE has several categories for the show including Match of the Year, Superstar of the Year, Diva of the Year, Tag Team of the Year, Surprise Return of the Year and more.
The Slammy Awards take place live on Monday Night RAW from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C.
