Seattle is looking for its second straight win and sits in second place in the NFC West while Philadelphia has also won two straight matches and currently holds the top spot in the NFC East. The Seahawks are 3-3 on the road while the Eagles are a perfect 6-0 at home this season.

Entering December, Pete Carroll and his Seahawks are well rested for the important stretch run after a big Thanksgiving night victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

"We had a really nice Thanksgiving around here," Carroll told ESPN. "... Our players had a nice ballgame and a nice break here, too, getting ready for this week. So we're in good shape and looking forward to a terrific matchup. Exciting time of year."

Russell Wilson takes the ball under center for Seattle and is 214-for-335 (63.9 percent) for 2,466 yards with 15 touchdowns and five interceptions and has also rushed for a career-high 679 yards on 91 carries while reaching the end zone four times.

Marshawn Lynch has also sparked the run game, rushing for 956 yards on 212 carries while adding 12 scores. Wilson's best  weapon in the air has been Doug Baldwin, who has 48 receptions for 519 yards and two touchdowns.

The Eagles will counter with Mark Sanchez at signal caller, and he knows it's a tough matchup against the Seahawks.

"You [can't] spend too much time worrying about one guy, they have so many playmakers," he told ESPN. "... We're gonna have our hands full, gonna have to really turn it up."

Sanchez is 111-for-175 (63.4 percent) for 1,404 yards with eight scores and six picks this season.

Sanchez's most explosive weapon has been Jeremy Maclin, who has 71 catches on the season for 1,088 yards and nine scores.

On the ground, Philadelphia turns to LeSean McCoy, who has a team-best 1,018 yards on 242 carries with four touchdowns.

The Seahawks and Eagles go head-to-head as the NFL calander flips to December and the games become more important live from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
