The Seminoles have received every opponent's best shot this season, and although they remain undefeated, many around college football have circled this game as dangerous for Jameis Winston and co. "We're going into battle," Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher said.

"These games are going to be dogfights. People are going to try and be the one that knocks us out, knocks us off, got nothing to lose. Every time you're in those situations you learn."

The Seminoles haven't lost in nearly two seasons, yet a loss to the Gators today would almost undoubtedly knock them out of the College Football Playoff. The Gators are eager to do so against their hated rivals.

"We know we have to go out there and execute, you know, try to ruin their little Cinderella thing, Shrek or whatever it is," Florida linebacker Michael Taylor said. Gators defensive end Alex McCalister was more emphatic about Florida's chances of winning in Muschamp's swan song. "Yeah, we're going to end that," McCalister said. "Don't worry about that."

Fisher has been asked repeatedly about his thoughts should FSU lose a game, but he isn't taking the bait.

"We're undefeated. We finish every game," Fisher said. "Everybody else in the country has not finished at least one game. We've finished every one of them. Isn't that the object?"
