Tonight on Fox Sports 1 the No. 5 TCU Horned Frogs (9-1, 6-1) will be in the unusual position of favorite against a traditional big conference power, the Texas Longhorns (6-5, 5-3) in a Thanksgiving Big 12 matchup that can be found online free by clicking this link. TCU fans can listen to the radio broadcast on WBAP 96.7 FM, while Longhorns fans may do likewise on 1200 WOAI.

TCU has had a tremendous season, but since the Big 12 doesn't have a championship game, and they failed to blow out Kansas in their most recent tilt, the Horned Frogs are unlikely to make it into the College Football Playoff bracket.

Still, head coach Gary Patterson is focusing on keeping his team sharp through the end. "Our job is to keep our nose down and to finish the journey. That's what we're trying to get accomplished," Patterson said.

This will be the last regular season game of the year for breakout quarterback Trevone Boykin, who has thrown 24 touchdown passes and only five interceptions in 2014, while running for 548 yards and seven scores. Boykin also leads the Horned Frogs in carries.

The Longhorns, a team accustomed to competing for national championships, is playing for the best bowl berth possible. They're also trying to build off a victory vs. West Virginia that snapped a seven-game losing skid vs. ranked teams. This win, if they were to top TCU, would be their best victory of the season.

They have their own dual-threat quarterback, sophomore Tyrone Swoopes, who has thrown 12 touchdowns and run for three.
