The Green Bay Packers defeated the Minnesota Vikings 24-21 on Sunday, and Aaron Rodgers felt the need to send a message to Vikings fans after the game. It could be argued that the Packers should have just been relieved to escape with a win in a game that was closer than almost everyone expected.

Rodgers, apparently still following his own advice about relaxing from earlier this year, decided to have a little fun at his post-game press conference. Rodgers took the stage to answer questions from reporters, and keen eyes noticed that in between answers, he was casually sipping on a Grape Crush Soda.

Perhaps Rodgers was really just thirsty and that was the first soda he could find, but it sure seems like it was a message to Vikings fans, especially considering the strict product placement rules that the league makes the players follow.

After a string of outstanding performances, Rodgers came down to Earth a bit on Sunday. He threw for "only" 209 yards and two touchdowns in the Green Bay victory. Still, the victory is probably all Rodgers really cares about, as it gave Green Bay sole possession of first in the NFC North and keeps them on pace in the race for a first-round playoff bye.

In the two games between Minnesota and Green Bay this season, Rodgers has completed nearly 70 percent of his passes, throwing for 355 yards and five touchdowns with no interceptions. The first time the two teams played, the Packers killed the Vikings and Rodgers sat out a large portion of the second half.
