Odell Beckham, Jr. had the catch of the year. And then he created the Twitter meme of the year to go with it.

In the second quarter of New York's divisional match-up against the Dallas Cowboys, this Giants rookie pulled off a catch that not only has to be seen to be believed, but is unbelievable even when you see it.

Twisting across his body and defying a blatant pass interference from the Cowboy's cornerback, Beckham pulled a the touchdown grab that left football fans everywhere speechless. Just listen to Sunday Night Football Announcer's Al Michaels and Chris Collinsworth try and grapple with the physics-defying stunt Beckham pulled off -- they're left flabberghasted.

After a catch as amazing as that, it was only natural that Twitter would chime in with their best photoshop efforts.

Unfortunately, as astonishing as Beckham's catch was to the naked eye, it was not enough for the Giants. They fell to the Cowboys 31-28 after giving up a last-minute drive that culminated in a touchdown pass between Tony Romo and Dez Bryant.

The loss dropped the Giants to 3-8, and they are all but eliminated from postseason contention. The Cowboys improved to 8-3 and will face the Philadelphia Eagles on Thanksgiving Thursday in a battle for supremacy for the NFC East.
