Amid rumors that Steve "Sting" Borden will wrestle his first match in the WWE -- and likely the last bout of his career -- at WrestleMania 31, several WWE Superstars spoke about possibly clashing with the former WCW and TNA icon.

Sting, who has never wrestled for the WWE despite many close calls and has recently signed a contract similar to a legends deal with the company, is rumored to wrestle at the Show of Shows on March 29 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
The latest edition of WWE Inbox on YouTube featured current WWE Superstars commenting on possibly working a match with Sting, who is featured in the WWE 2K15 video game.

"What would I do to get a match with Sting?" Curtis Axel asked. "I don't know, I'd probably go up to Sting and say, 'Hey man, wanna have a match?' And he'd probably say yes. But if he said no, I'd walk up to Triple H's door, knock on it, and I'd say, 'Hey, Triple H, Sting wants to have a match with Curtis Axel. I've already talked to him. He agrees with it, so book it.'"
Adam Rose also weighed in, saying he wasn't sure what he would do in a match with Sting.
"I don't know, I'd probably be staring across the ring saying to myself, 'Oh my goodness that's Sting over there isn't it?'" Rose said. "I'd be torn, I'd be like, 'Oh that's Sting, but I gotta fight him. What do I do?"
Added former Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler: "I know what I would do for a Klondike bar. I would be honored obviously. [I'm] a huge fan of wrestling all my entire life. Sting is this icon and especially if it was his first ever WWE match, do you think anyone would be able to go toe-to-toe and have that man look like the million bucks that he is other than myself?"
Continuing his narcissistic character, The Miz delivered a snarky answer.
"It's not what I would do for a match with Sting, it's what would Sting do to have a match with me," The Miz said.
There have been rumors that Sting will compete at WrestleMania 31 and that the former WCW and TNA wrestler will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on the night before in California.
Sting has long been rumored to face The Undertaker over the years, but that may not happen now that 'Taker lost The Streak to current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar and was injured during the bout.
Sting has been open about wanting to compete in one more match at WrestleMania 31 and has even said Triple H could be another possible opponent.
The WWE has reportedly been looking to have Sting vs. The Undertaker for years, but they haven't been able to come to terms with Sting over the years.
Now that Sting is part of the WWE family with his inclusion in WWE 2K15 and merchandise sales on WWE.com, it is likely that the company will have him wrestle a retirement match at the Show of Shows, though it is uncertain if it will be against The Undertaker.
Plenty of Superstars want to face Sting at WrestleMania, and it's likely the legend will finally set foot in a WWE ring at the Show of Shows, though his opponent remains to be seen.
