There were rumors surfacing that WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee will be leaving the company sometime after the Survivor Series this Sunday or TLC next month to spend more time with her husband and former WWE Superstar CM Punk, but those reports may not be true.

It was reported earlier this week that Lee wasn't advertised for any events after TLC: Tables, Ladder and Chairs next month and that the three-time Divas Champion was looking to depart the company.

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lee is not expected to be leaving the company after the Survivor Series this Sunday night at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis or after TLC on Dec. 14 in Cleveland.

Lee is slated to defend her Divas Championship against Nikki Bella on Sunday night at the 28th annual Survivor Series.

Lee took a hiatus from the WWE on the night after WrestleMania XXX by dropping the Divas Championship to a debuting Paige in order to move in with Punk in Chicago and marry him.

The two tied the knot over the summer and Lee eventually returned to the company on the June 30 edition of Monday Night RAW, where she ultimately won the Divas Championship back from Paige after an over two-month hiatus.

Lee has continued to travel and compete in the WWE during her return while Punk has had many outside ventures and considers himself a retired wrestler.

Punk walked out on the WWE back in January a day after the Royal Rumble due to his frustration over the way his character was being used as well as due to being burned out by the crazy schedule the company has.

Punk has made many public appearances since his departure, but has not shown any desire to come back to the ring anytime soon, even going as far as to tell a reporter at the AP Music Awards that he was "never ever" returning to the squared circle.

The WWE recently kept Punk's name out of a description about the upcoming WWE Studios film Queen of the Ring despite the fact that he made a cameo in it while the former WWE Champion revealed he is slated to work on a project with Marvel soon.

While Lee may eventually look to leave the squared circle, it appears as though she will continue to wrestle in the WWE Divas Division for at least the rest of 2014.
