What They're Saying
Turkey head coach Fatih Terim (via UEFA): "We don't have any injured players. All the players are ready. We tried hard to neutralize all the unpleasant remains of the Brazil friendly, [which Turkey lost 4-0 on Wednesday]. Since yesterday's training, I have felt happy with what I have seen both on and off the pitch. We want a fresh start by getting three points. I can't remember if I had a similar period like this in the national team before, but I am obviously not happy. I believe Turkey can get a win, though. Then, the belief and hope will change."
Kazakhstan head coach Yuri Krasnozhan: "Just like Turkey, we only have one point. We all know that Turkey are the favorites for the game. A point may be regarded as a success for us, but we will go out there for a win. The Turkey match will be difficult. We'll be under pressure and so we need to be decisive."
