Despite Nick Young's miserable start to the 2014-15 NBA season--he's been sidelined with an injured right thumb while his Los Angeles Lakers sputter to a 1-5 start-- he and Iggy Azalea have scored a victory in a different venue: real estate.
According to Yahoo! Homes, "Swaggy P" and his Australian rapper girlfriend recently bought a six-bedrooms, eight-bathroom, 6,630 square foot mansion in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles, just minutes from where Young grew up playing high school ball. The house was put on the market by Azalea's recording industry colleague, Selena Gomez; the couple bought it for nearly $3.5 million dollars. And, judging from photos, the house looks well worth its hefty price tag (Iggy might even go so far as to call it "fancy."

The property's other amenities include a guest house, spa, and, fittingly, a basketball court. We'd say Iggy could use the court to work on her jump shot, but if Swaggy P's Instagram account is any indication, she doesn't need any practice.

Now that the happy couple has a house in tow, could wedding bells be that far off? Nick Young recently spoke to DuJour magazine about their potential nuptials, saying coyly: "It's come up a couple times."
