Breaking news out of the world of Brett Favre: he's changed his mind.

Again. This time about the Peyton Manning-Tom Brady debate.

CBSSports.com, taking a video from Sqor Sports, reported that Favre called the New England Patriots' rady the best quarterback currently playing in the NFL.

Randy Moss wants Peyton Manning to ask him to come to the Denver Broncos?

"We've learned not to write Tom Brady off," Favre said this week in a video post on sqor.com. "Today's game, he is the best quarterback out there. Not taking anything away from anybody else. He's proven he can get it done. Bottom line, he can get it done."

Last month, after Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning broke his career touchdown record, Favre was singing a different tune.

Raiders stringing along San Antonio to get Oakland or Los Angeles to give them a stadium deal?

"Oh man. Tom has gotten it done lately with a lot less but ... that's a tossup. I'd have to go with Peyton I believe," Favre said on the Doug Gottlieb Show on CBS radio. "But you can't go wrong with either. Tom Brady, everyone's kind of written him off, and I think that's foolish to write him off. He's got a lot of good football left."

As shocking as it may sound, this isn't the first time Brett Favre has changed his mind. His final years with the Green Bay Packers were noted by him talking retirement only to return - until finally the Packers management took him up on his offer and named Aaron Rodgers their starter and took Favre's roster spot and signed another player.

That prompted Favre to move on to the New York Jets for a year before moving on to the Minnesota Vikings for two years. He even wavered on retirement with the Vikings before calling it a career.

Last year, Favre had overtures from the St. Louis Rams, even though the Rams later said their interest was tongue-in-cheek after Sam Bradford suffered a season-ending injury.
