What They’re Saying
Rayo Vallecano manager Paco Jemez (via Inside Spanish Football): “We’ve always a chance to win a game, playing better or worse, depending on the rival and depending on what we do on the pitch, but we’re always a team that has possibilities of winning. We’ll need to play the best game we possibly can because we really want to beat Real Madrid.”
“This is a game we all can’t wait to play because the truth is, we want to enjoy it,” he added. “It takes a lot of work for my players to train and play here in the Primera [division]. There’s going to be a lot of hard work in this scenario, playing at the Bernabéu against players who are amongst the best in the world and it’s an opportunity we don’t want to pass us by.”
