Prosecutors in the Hope Solo domestic violence case may have new evidence against the U.S. women's soccer national team goalie.

Meanwhile, her lawyer successfully lobbied to move Solo's trial back to 2015 so he can interview her alleged victims.

King5.com, Washington's NBC affiliate, reported that prosecutors in the case have uncovered a video of Solo's jail booking and intend to use it during her trial. The report said that it was unknown what was on the video that would help the prosecution's case, but added that the jail officers and arresting officers from the night of Solo's arrest on domestic violence charges have been subpoenaed to testify.

Solo was arrested and put in jail in June on charges that she assaulted her sister and her sister's 17-year-old son. The goalie faces two counts of fourth-degree felony charges and has pleaded not guilty.

Outrage lacking over Hope Solo's domestic violence case

Her lawyer has argued that Solo acted in self-defense on the night of the disturbance and was framed by her sister and nephew. A police affidavit confirms that Solo's nephew broke a broom over Solo's head but did so only after Solo attacked the boy's mother.

The presiding judge in the case to rule that Solo's attorney had not had adequate interview access to the two family members she is accused of assaulting, Reuters reported. The judge ruled that Solo's lawyer should be allowed to interview her sister and nephew with a court stenographer present.

The alleged victims had refused to be questions if a stenographer were allowed to record the conversation.

The Nov. 17 trial date has been pushed back to January. USA TODAY Sports reported that a hearing is scheduled Jan. 6, while Reuters says the trial was continue to Jan. 20.

Police in Kirtland, Wash., responded to a 911 call in late June in which a male reported that a woman would not stop "hitting people" or leave the house, the police report said. Officers heard a disturbance at the home, walked in and found Solo, who they say appeared "intoxicated and upset."

CNN reported that the police affidavit indicated that the nose and jawbone of Solo's nephew were red and that his shirt was ripped from the underarm down to the bottom. Also, the left cheekbone of Solo's half-sister was swollen and turning purple.

Both the U.S. Soccer Federation and her professional team, Seattle's Reign FC, have defended their decisions to allow her to play, while a bevy of NFL players, led by Ray Rice, have been suspended pending their investigations.
