FC DALLAS vs. SEATTLE SOUNDERS Live Stream FREE Online: 2014 MLS Cup Playoffs, Live Coverage from Frisco, Projected Lineups and TACTICAL PREVIEW

Two clubs in the Western Conference of MLS will do battle today in a league match between FC Dallas and the Seattle Sounders. The first-division clash scheduled for 9 p.m. ET will be held at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on ESPN2.

What They're Saying

FC Dallas defender Zach Loyd (via MLS's official website): "The whole team came out [against the Vancouver Whitecaps] with a mentality where we would go in hard on every 50-50 ball. For 90 minutes, you have to go on both sides of the ball going forward and getting back defensively. We came into this game with the mentality that if we lose, then we go home. It gave us an extra kick."

Seattle Sounders forward Clint Dempsey: "To me, if you look around at other leagues, if you win the league it's a big deal, no matter what the public thinks of it. We were the best team throughout the course of the league and around other leagues, that's celebrated more so than when it is in the States, but we are going to celebrate it as a championship. We have two now and we are looking to win an MLS Cup."

Tactical Preview

Player to Watch: FC Dallas's Fabian Castillo finished the regular season with 10 goals and three assists. Always dangerous on the ball, the 22-year-old averages 4.3 take-ons per match.

FC Dallas' Projected Lineup (4-4-2): Seitz; Watson, Zimmerman, Hedges, Loyd; Escobar, Michel, Ulloa, Castillo; Akindele, Perez

Seattle Sounders' Projected Lineup (4-4-2 diamond): Frei; Gonzalez, Scott, Marshall, Yedlin; Alonso, Neagle, Pineda, Evans; Martins, Dempsey
