Tonight at 9:30 p.m. ET, the Tampa Bay Lightning (3-1-1, seven points) and Edmonton Oilers (0-4-1, one point) take the ice for their first of two meetings this season live from Rexall Place in Edmonton. The game can be live streamed here. Tampa Bay fans can hear all of the action on WDAE 620 while Edmonton fans can do the same on 630 CHED.

Tampa Bay plays the second game of a five-game road trip in search of its second straight win while Edmonton is still looking for its first win of the season and plays the second match of a seven-game home stand.

The Lightning may get a boost to its offense while its defensive corps took a hit as 2013 No. 3 overall pick Jonathan Drouin was called up and could make his NHL debut tonight while Victor Hedman is sidelined with an upper-body injury.

Tampa Bay is coming off of a 4-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks where Steven Stamkos notched two goals and an assist.

Stamkos (three tallies, four helpers) and Hedman (three goals, four assists) are tied for the Lightning lead with seven points apiece while Ryan Callahan has found the twine three times and added two helpers for five points.

While Hedman is sidelined, Tampa Bay is confident they'll fill the gaps without the young defenseman.

"I've got complete confidence we'll be able to shoulder the load," coach Jon Cooper told The Tampa Bay Times Forum.

The Oilers are the only team in the Western Conference without a win and haven't notched a point since Oct. 11. While things have been pretty bad in Edmonton, the team is hoping to stay positive.

"The things we're doing well are our forecheck and ability to close quickly on our forecheck in the neutral zone," coach Dallas Eakins told the Oilers website Sunday. "We're also continuing to try and get better in a couple of areas. Our power play's come off a little bit. We're not overly worried about it, but we worked on that."

Taylor Hall has paced the Oilers with four points off of three goals and one assist while Mark Arcobello is second on the team with two markers and has one helper for three points.

In net, Edmonton will likely start Ben Scrivens, who is 0-3-0 and has allowed 15 goals on 99 shots while Tampa Bay's probable starter is Ben Bishop, who is 3-0-1 and has yielded seven goals on 104 shots.

These teams split both of their meetings last season with each club notching a win at home.

The Lightning look for their second straight win while the Oilers hope to notch their first victory of the season when the lights come up at Rexall Place tonight in Edmonton.
