Two SEC powers that have seen better days look to build some momentum as the No. 7 Alabama Crimson Tide host the No. 21 Texas A&M Aggies.

Alabama has been lackluster in their last few games as they lost 23-17 at then-No. 11 Ole Miss and followed that performance with a narrow 14-13 road win against Arkansas. Nick Saban spoke about the expectations of his team and said people need to appreciate the wins.

"Everybody's got such a high expectation for what our team should be," Saban said. "It really sorta, if you want to know the truth about it, (ticks) me off when I take to people that have this expectation like they're disappointed that we only won the game, 14-13, and in the way we played.”

As for Texas A&M, they are staring down the barrel of their first three-game losing streak in nearly three years as they have dropped back-to-back games to then-No. 12 Mississippi State and then-No. 3 Ole Miss. Both teams need this victory as a springboard into the second half of the season, but three losses will likely end the Aggies bid for the SEC and the college football playoff.

Alabama leads the all-time series against Texas A&M 4-2, but they have split the last two meetings in which the road team won each game.
