The Bucs took perhaps the toughest loss of the week last Sunday when they dropped an overtime game to the New Orleans Saints in their house. The Bucs were double-digit underdogs, yet found themselves in prime position to steal an unexpected road win. Instead, they collapsed and coughed up an 11-point fourth quarter lead.

Despite a game effort against a heavily favored home team, Buccaneers quarterback Mike Glennon was in no mood for moral victories.

"We are not where we want to be and our record says that," Glennon said. "Maybe we are getting better, but better isn't good enough if you aren't winning. We need to keep working and to keep staying together, and I am sure those wins will come."

Glennon should be pleased with his play thus far in 2014 however, in spite of Tampa Bay's poor record. He has five touchdown passes against just two interceptions, and racked up 672 yards in three games (two starts). This week the Bucs are up against the NFL's fifth-best run defense, which means Glennon will be relied upon.

The Ravens, meanwhile, are trying to figure out a way to improve their running game. Since losing Ray Rice for off-field reasons, they've relied on a three-headed backfield that has been middle-of-the-pack in the ground game. Head coach John Harbaugh wants to be the best rushing team in the league.

"I want us to be averaging right around 5 yards, or close to 4.5-5 yards a carry," Harbaugh said. "Five yards a carry would pretty much lead the league. Let's be between 4 and 5 yards a carry -- closer to 5 if we can, because we're running it that well. To do that, we have to rip off some long runs, and let's be good with three different guys. That's what we need to do."
