Prosecutors in Montgomery County Texas filed paperwork requesting the arrest of Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. The action was taken after Peterson admitted Wednesday to smoking marijuana before taking a drug test.
Peterson, currently free on $15,000 bond, is tentatively scheduled to appear in court Dec. 1 on charges of felony assault. He is accused of hitting his 4-year-old son with a switch earlier this year.
