Ronda Rousey doesn't know if she'll actually ever fight former Strikeforce featherweight champion Cris "Cyborg" Justino, but that won't stop the UFC women's bantamweight champ from badmouthing the Brazilian.

Rousey has always been steadfast in her disdain for Justino and has never been shy to bring up her past use of performance-enhancing drugs. "Cyborg" tested positive for stanozolol in 2012 and was suspended one year by the California State Athletic Commission.

Rousey, who is on a media tour of Brazil, fielded questions about the possibility of fighting Justino and didn't hesitate to go for the jugular.

"I'm the champion," Rousey told Combate, according to MMAFighting.com. "I fight whoever comes up. She's the one who has options, not me. I'm exactly where I was when she left and she can come back and give it a try anytime. She'll get what she deserves. She really embarrassed not just women's MMA and the sport, she embarrassed her country, as well. I'm happy to set it straight."

Ouch. "Rowdy" has never been one to hold her tongue, but to accuse Justino of embarrassing her country makes a potential fight between them one of the biggest grudge matches in mixed martial arts history.

For this fight to even happen, though, "Cyborg" needs to look impressive in her bantamweight debut for Invicta FC in December. Justino has admitted she struggled to make the featherweight 145-pound limit, but she's reportedly on pace to make 135 pounds with no problems. If she wins in December, she then needs to sign with the UFC. Rousey said Justino had her chance when the UFC first absorbed the Strikeforce roster, but "Cyborg" ran away.

"She says she so 'desperately' wants [the fight]," said Rousey. "Then how come the day after they announced out-of-competition drug testing in the UFC she asked to be released? If you so desperately wanted a fight you would come fight me, not run away. I think she's saying one thing and doing another. I've always been [in the UFC]. I'm not going anywhere."

Rousey is expected to defend her title against top contender Cat Zingano at UFC 182 on Jan. 3.
