Former Chelsea defender Khalid Boulahrouz may have lost his ex-wife to a former teammate, but it looks like he has rebounded nicely. Boulahrouz is reportedly dating Miss Netherlands 2014 Yasmin Verheijen.

Boulahrouz's marriage to wife Sabia ended last year. She has since moved on to a relationship with Rafael van der Vaart, former Tottenham player and Holland teammate of Boularouz.

The 32-year-old Boulahrouz, who now plays for Dutch Eredivisie club Feyenoord, is 12 years Verheijen's senior, according to Daily Mail. He will reportedly accompany her to the Miss Universe pageant in Miami later this year.

Verheijen is of German, Indian, Chinese and Hindu descent. She was born and raised in Amsterdam and is currently training to become a decorator.

Boulahrouz played for Chelsea from 2006-2008. According to Sky Sport, his nickname is "The Cannibal" for his ability to "eat up" opposition. He has participated in international competition from 2004-2012 and was included on Dutch teams for two World Cups and two European Championships.

Boulahrouz and Sabia have a daughter, Amaya (born March 2010), and son, Daamin (born January 2011) together. In 2008, Sabia gave birth to prematurely born daughter Anissa, who died in the hospital. Boulahrouz opted to play against Russia in the Euro 2008 a few days later and the Dutch team wore black armbands in his daughter's memory. He and Sabia announced their separation in January 2013.
