FC BASEL vs. LIVERPOOL Live Stream FREE Online: 2014 UEFA Champions League, Live Coverage From Basel, Projected Lineups and TACTICAL PREVIEW

Two clubs chasing UEFA Champions League glory will do battle today in a match between FC Basel and Liverpool. The group-stage match scheduled for 2:45 p.m. ET will be held at St. Jakob-Park in Basel and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on Fox Sports 2.

FC Basel manager Paulo Sousa had this to offer ahead of today's European encounter (via UEFA): "For everyone in football, it's a dream to be involved in such a competition. We want to compete and if we have good statistics like we had against Real Madrid, but make fewer mistakes, then there is a possibility we can win the game. We have to play at our best level."

"It's a pleasure to face Brendan Rodgers," he added. "He is a great coach and a great person. He tries to make his team play good football, like I do."

"I'm lucky to have players with lots of different skills and characteristics," Sousa continued. "Which gives me a lot of tactical options. In the last few games, we have played with different formations. I'm not experimenting with new tactics. It depends on the opposition and the players I have available."

Tactical Preview

Player to Watch: Liverpool's Mario Balotelli must prove to be less wasteful with his chances atop the club's formation. The 24-year-old is yet to open his league account and has only accurately put 38 percent of his shots on goal.

FC Basel's Projected Lineup (4-3-3): Vaclík; Suchý, Schär, Safari, Frei; Elneny, Serey Die, Xhaka; Gashi, Streller, Gonzalez

Liverpool's Projected Lineup (4-2-3-1): Mignolet; Manquillo, Škrtel, Lovren, Moreno; Gerrard, Henderson; Sterling, Lallana, Coutinho; Balotelli
