Today at 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS the Houston Texans (2-1) will try to shake off a surprisingly lopsided loss in Week 3 when they host the Buffalo Bills (2-1), who took a similarly dispiriting defeat last Sunday. While the Houston defense can strike fear into an opposing defense's heart even without star rookie Jadeveon Clowney on the field, their rush defense leaves much to be desired. Houston is ranked dead last in the NFL against opposing rushers per FootballOutsiders.com, and they will have two solid backs staring across from them.

C.J. Spiller hasn't shown the explosiveness of 2012 just yet, and his backfield mate Fred Jackson has cooled some since last year, but the pair have helped mask quarterback EJ Manuel's shaky play. Against Houston's pliable run defense, Spiller in particular may be in store for a big afternoon.

The Texans still rely quite a bit on their run game as well, but star rusher Arian Foster may have to miss his second straight game with a hamstring injury.

"I've played through a lot in this league and hamstrings are the hardest thing to gauge because you don't know how it's going to fatigue, how it's going to react to a certain cut," Foster said. "You've just got to let it rest ... having things heal on their own time. You can't push it or it'll relapse on you."

The loss of Foster is huge. During the first two games he showed no ill effects from losing head coach Gary Kubiak, whose zone blocking scheme was thought to be the main catalyst for Foster's NFL success. During the first two weeks Foster carried the ball 55 times and rushed for 241 yards and a touchdown.
