Obama Honors Boston: President Pays Tribute To City At Marathon Victim Memorial Service

President Obama honored the city of Boston during his speech at a memorial service for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings on Thursday. The President declared "there is a piece of Boston in me" in an inspiring tribute to the city shaken by Monday's tragedy.

"Every one of us stands with you," Obama said, speaking at an interfaith service in the aftermath of Monday's twin blasts that killed three and injured more than 170 people at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The President vowed that the participants "will run again" and vowed of the perpetrator, "we will find you."

Investigators are on the hunt for a man seen in a department-store surveillance video dropping off a bag at the site of the bombings for a second straight day, a Boston politician said. City Council president Stephen Murphy, who said he was briefed by Boston police, said that investigators saw the image on surveillance footage they got from a department store near the finish line. They matched the findings in the video with witness descriptions of someone leaving the scene.
