Nikki Bella recently conducted an interview where she discussed working with her sister Brie Bella, her favorite body part and her workout routine
TNA Trying To Contact Alberto Del Rio.
Bella spoke to Sports Illustrated recently and was asked about her workout routine and what her go-to workout was.
"Lifting is what's made me stronger and made me look better," Bella spoke. "Not only does it burn fat amazingly-and I think it's really honed my body-it's also given me the strength in the ring to lift girls up. I can literally lift anything on my shoulders. I know I could even get my own man up on my shoulders."

Bella was also asked about what her favorite body part was.
"Can I say my booty? And I love my boobs-I paid a lot of my money for my bust," Bella said. "But those are the most womanly parts, and I love being a woman."
She also spoke about her current feud with her sister Brie after she turned her back on her at SummerSlam on Aug. 17 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and became a heel. Bella said she enjoys the time on the road with her sister.
"It's a total male fantasy, but it's been fun. I couldn't imagine my career without her," she said. "The one thing that's so magical about being a WWE Diva is that you get to travel the world, and what's even better is that I've had my sister by side. There's so much fun and laughter."
Bella also said that she wrestles with a metal rod in her shin.
"I still have a rod in my shin from a broken bone I got playing soccer when I was 18," she said. "To this day, there are times when I feel that rod banging up in my knee or starting to throb."
Bella also discussed the contrast in how she looks and how she fights and her finishing move the Rack Attack in the full interview, which can be read by clicking here.
Nikki and Brie are rumored to be in a Fatal 4 Way with Paige and AJ Lee for the Divas Championship at Night of Champions on Sept. 21 from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
