The contest scheduled for 5:30 p.m. ET will be held at RFK Stadium in Washington D.C. and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on Univision Deportes.
Costa Rica head coach Paulo Wanchope had this to offer ahead of today's encounter (via La Nacion): "The responsibility is on me [to keep our momentum going]. I'm calm, even though I'm aware that many are talking and that there's a lot of external pressure. I've been in this [game] for a long time. I know what football is, that today you're up and tomorrow you're down. Simply put: I have to keep the calmness, transparency and equilibrium when things are good or bad."
"With Nicaragua, we have a lot of information," he added when asked about today's opposition. "We saw the last game they played in Guatemala. I just about know their football identity."
