Two clubs chasing the 2014-15 Serie A title will do battle today in a league match between Chievo Verona and Juventus. The first-division clash scheduled for 12 p.m. ET will be held at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi in Verona and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on beIN Sports.
Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri had this to offer ahead of today's league counter (via Sportal): "We're ready to go and will play with great concentration and attention. It's not an easy one because Chievo have many new faces. Chievo will look to bounce back from their Coppa Italia elimination and cause us problems."
"It's a tricky encounter at a ground where getting a result is never easy," he added. "We need to be on our game for 95 minutes."
When asked about his arrival to Serie A's reigning champion, Allegri continued: "I've come into an environment with rules, discipline and a strong work ethic. I'm very happy about that."
Allegri, and perhaps more importantly the skeptical Juventus supporters, will be happy with a victory in the season opener.
