Two clubs chasing the Apertura Liga MX title will do battle today in a league match between Club Tijuana and Leones Negros. Tijuana manager Cesar Frias had this to offer ahead of today's league encounter (via La Cronica): "We are on the right path. In terms of our structure and play, I say we've become a team that will find it difficult to lose. We create scoring chances that we haven't taken advantage of, but little by little we are going to convert them. It's only a matter of consistency."
"These things happen," he added. "We have missed penalties. We just haven't had good fortune in those moments."
Tijuana will look to reverse their fortunes at home this evening.
