WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts was hospitalized Thursday after passing out on a plane and was said to be unconscious in a Las Vegas hospital before Diamond Dallas Page revealed that he was in and out of consciousness.

TMZ reports that Roberts was flying to Las Vegas for an a show that was being put on by former WWE star Sinn "Kizarny" Bodhi when he passed out.
An ambulance took Roberts from the plane to a nearby hospital. Roberts was placed in the ICU and doctors reportedly said he needed to rest for a few days as they take more tests due to his immune system being in bad shape.

Bodhi told TMZ that Roberts was told he had the flu two weeks ago when he went to visit a doctor and was also told to rest. Bodhi said that Roberts has been in pain since the visit but didn't think it was a big deal since the prognosis was just the flu.
It was confirmed that Roberts was in the ICU and resting up to undergo more tests after being unconscious, and Bodhi said everyone is just hoping for the best.
"Right now, we're all just staying positive," Bodhi told TMZ.
Roberts has had a storied history with substance abuse, but he was able to get his life together and back on track through the help of Diamond Dallas Page and DDPYoga. Page and Roberts are good friends and Page updated his condition on Twitter.
"My brother @JakeSnakeDDT is currently hospitalized & undergoing care. Please keep Jake in your prayers," Page tweeted.
Page also revealed that Roberts regained consciousness but was fading in and out.
"Just spoke to @JakeSnakeDDT 's girlfriend, Jake is now conscious but still fading in and out. Please keep the prayers coming," he wrote.
Roberts has had his fair share of struggles, but this has been a great year for him as Page inducted the wrestling legend into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 5 of this year, solidifying Roberts' place in sports entertainment lore.
