Triple H is back with another in-character interview with Michael Cole where he discussed Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions on Sept. 21 live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and also rips on Daniel Bryan and Hulk Hogan while providing insight on the ongoing WWE storylines.

Backstage News On Why WWE Didn't Promote Guardians of the Galaxy

"The Game" touched on his opinion of Cena going after Lesnar again after taking a beating at SummerSlam.

"I think I expressed my opinion on that last week," Triple H said. "Cena asked for his rematch and I gave it to him and Lesnar had no problem with it, [Paul] Heyman had no problem with it. Was it the smartest thing to do at this point? You saw the beating he took and like Shawn [Michaels] said you don't walk out of a beating like that without being changed somehow."

John Cena Reportedly Dealing With Serious Injuries

Triple H also said that he thought Cena was trying too hard to send a message to Lesnar on RAW and that Cena might have been trying to convince himself he can beat Lesnar while adding that if Hulk Hogan was ever honest with himself he'd realize that Cena is going to lose.

"Put yourself in Cena's shoes," Triple H said. "You've told everybody your whole career that you can never give up and that you can never quit and up until now it's worked out pretty good for you. But you take the beating like that, you walk away with that, but can you survive another one?"

The COO also touched on the eulogy that Seth Rollins had for Dean Ambrose after he drove him through cinderblocks on the Aug. 18 edition of RAW, which wrote Ambrose off television so he can film WWE Studios' Lockdown.

"I thought it was very touching, I thought it was a very nice gesture," he said. "Talk about not holding a grudge against a guy right? Seth Rollins goes out there to pay honor to his former Shield buddy, his brother as Ambrose liked to refer to them...This was a nice emotional gesture, I thought."

Cole then asked if Triple H will take action against Rollins and Kane for trying to use the cinderblocks on Roman Reigns this past week.

"Would I take action against Kane and Rollins or would I take action against Roman Reigns? Roman Reigns who then picked those cinderblocks up and tried to bash Seth Rollins in the head with it. Thank God Seth Rollins has the reflexes of a cat...If Roman Reigns had his way Seth Rollins would be in the hospital because of a cinderblock. You just want me to let that go?"

Lastly, Triple H knocked Bryan, who has been sidelined since mid-May with a neck injury, and he also compared Ambrose and Reigns to the "B-plus player."

"I've said it before, Daniel Bryan proved he wasn't the A-plus player," he said. "He's B-plus and that's why he's not here right now. That's why he's been out for so long injured. It just is what it is, not everyone is a tough guy...If guys like Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and potentially Roman Reigns, if they're not tough enough, if they get run off then...then maybe that's what's best for business."
