Former adult film star Christy Mack seems to be in better spirits after the alleged Aug. 8 assault by former mixed martial arts fighter War Machine. Mack was seen out and about in Las Vegas this past weekend.

Mack, born Christine Mackinday, suffered a litany of injuries from the alleged attack, including 18 broken bones, a lacerated liver, two missing teeth and a blowout fracture of her left eye. Mack was spotted in a black tank top and sweatpants getting food, though some fans on Twitter didn't take too kindly to seeing her out of her hospital bed and accused her of faking her injuries.

Mack said on Twitter that she leaves her room about once a day, that "it's too depressing staying in 1 room sleeping all day." One of the Twitter attackers was Michael Koppenhaver, War Machine's brother.

War Machine, born Jonathan Koppenhaver, allegedly brutally attacked Mack and Corey Thomas at her home in Las Vegas. Koppenhaver was on the run from police when he was arrested at a hotel in Simi Valley, Calif. on Aug. 15.

After an appearance in a California court last Tuesday, Koppenhaver will be extradited back to Las Vegas to await trial. Prosecutors in Las Vegas filed multiple felony battery, assault and coercion charges that could land Koppenhaver a total of more than 25 years in prison if he is convicted.
