Two clubs chasing the Apertura Liga MX title will do battle today in a league match between Santos Laguna and Toluca. The first-division clash scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET will be held at the Estadio Corona in Torreon. Information on where to stream and watch the match globally can be found here.

Speaking ahead of tonight's match, Toluca manager Jose Cardozo believes his team will be difficult to deal with as the season progresses. "Little by little we were getting what we want," he said (via Medio Tiempo). "Which is to be a team that doesn't concede much, can put pressure on the opposition and tries to be sharp [with its finishing]. I think Toluca will keep fighting for the top and be a rival that complicates things for others."

His starting XI can lend authenticity to those claims with a stout performance on the road tonight.
