After a month off to get ready for SummerSlam, Triple H was back for his weekly in-character interview with Michael Cole where he discussed the latest wrestling topics and gave insight into the WWE's ongoing storylines.

Kurt Angle Discusses Potential WWE Return

Triple H talked about John Cena invoking his rematch clause to take on Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions on Sept. 21 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

"I've gotta hand it to Cena...the never quit thing. Never give up, that's all him because you know I've never seen anybody take a beating like that. I've never seen a WWE Champion take a beating...16 suplexes. I've been in the ring with Brock Lesnar, I know what those feel like. I know what Brock Lesnar feels like in that ring. He's a different kind of beast...For [Cena] to step up just a few days later and say, 'I want my rematch and I want it soon,' that says something about John Cena."

Hulk Hogan Wants Match Against John Cena Or Steve Austin At WrestleMania 31

Triple H said that he believes Lesnar is now unstoppable after getting re-acclimated with the WWE.

"I think it took Brock a little bit to get his WWE legs back. But now that he has, since that time he's been unstoppable. You know, ending the unbeaten streak of The Undertaker at WrestleMania, that's an epic feat in itself and then to do what he did to John, you know you ask me if I think it's wise of John, I don't. I don't think it's wise at all. As a matter of fact, I'm a little bit tentative that he takes the match. I'm a little bit afraid for John Cena. This might be the opportunity where John finally does have to say it's enough."

"The Game" was also happy about his wife Stephanie McMahon defeating Brie Bella with the help of Nikki Bella at SummerSlam.

"My wife came back after 10 years...She looked phenomenal." Triple H said while adding there is no conspiracy with Nikki turning on Brie. "Unbelievable performance, I'm so proud of her."

Lastly, Triple H discussed the end of Monday Night RAW where Dean Ambrose was put through cinderblocks by Seth Rollins, likely to write him off television so he can film a movie.

"I didn't decide Dean Ambrose's fate, the WWE Universe did," Triple H said. "I left it on them, falls count anywhere, and I said you know what? When it goes down, the blood is on their hands and it is."

Triple H said that Ambrose ran away Monday night and may never be seen again.

"He tucked his tail between his legs and he ran," Triple H said. "Because he is what Seth Rollins always said, he's unstable...He's smart enough to know when it's done. He's smart enough to know when it's over. He's smart enough to know when he has lost. And there is no hope so what did he do? He did what Seth Rollins said he would do, he tucked his tail and he ran like a coward. And my guess is we will probably never see or hear from Dean Ambrose again. He's not that crazy, he might just be a genius. And that genius may just be the thing that saved his life."

Night of Champions airs Sunday, Sept. 21 and will feature Lesnar vs. Cena in a rematch for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
