What: Little League World Series (Caribbean (Miguel Luzunaris) vs. Perth Metro North)

When: Thursday, August 14 at 5:00 PM EST

Where: South Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Live Stream: ESPN

Perth Metro North has faced the gauntlet to get to this point in the Little League World Series and their competition only gets better as they take on Caribbean.

According to Brian McClintock of LittleLeague.org, the Australian talent pool has increased at a incredible rate the past few years, which leaves Perth Metro North as the strongest of the bunch. Despite never winning a Little League World Series, Perth Metro North cannot be counted out of this tournament after the competition they have already beaten.

Carribean is no pushover, however, as their defense was one of the best in the nation. Miguel Luzunaris has only surrendered 14 runs total in their six regional games and will look to slow down the Perth Metro North offense.

This game will come down to if the Perth Metro North can get to the Miguel Luzunaris defense and scavenge enough runs to contend. Perth Metro North's experience against great competition should prove the deciding factor in this game.
