Reigns was in Los Angeles, the site of Sunday's SummerSlam, and appeared in a segment for ESPN before going to lunch at the Campanile Restaurant, where he had a bad experience. Reigns posted a picture of their menu on his official Twitter account with the following caption:

"Dont eat the crisp flattened chicken..it comes with a lil extra! And a smug b---h of a manager! @Campanile1," he wrote.

He later added: "Found a bug in my lunch at @Campanile1 restaurant in the LAX AP and the manager was stupid enough to give me attitude! UNREAL! #HealthHazards"

Kidman then responded to Reigns' tweets by poking fun of him.

"Restaurants BEWARE: I heard a rumor that @WWERomanReigns tries to get free food by saying there are bugs in his lunch," Kidman tweeted with a 'hashtag smiley face' attached.

Reigns then quickly responded to Kidman's tweets.

"@WWEKidman i dont need hand me outs.. im not hurtin in the pockets by any means old man... and its not a rumor if it comes from the source," he wrote.

Kidman then seemed to believe that Reigns took his light-hearted joke the wrong way.

"Twitter is funny. Yet somehow nobody on twitter has a sense of humor. Ironic," he wrote.

Kidman later clarified that the "sense of humor" tweet wasn't directed at Reigns and said that his restaurant crack at him was just a rib. Kidman received some negative response from Reigns' fans, but he joked back with them before finishing it off by asking if everyone could go back to burying WWE announcer Michael Cole.

Reigns is in Los Angeles because he will be facing Randy Orton in a high-profile match at SummerSlam live at 8 p.m. ET this Sunday night at the Staples Center.
