The Buffalo Bills officially signed quarterback Kevin Kolb to a contract Monday for two-years that could potentially reach $12 million after acquiring him from the Arizona Cardinals last week. In his first appearance before the Buffalo media, Kolb told The Buffalo News that he has high expectations since joining the Bills.

"I'm here," Kolb said, "to win a Super Bowl. Period." "When I sat in the meeting, I said 'Wow, I can't believe they're running this [offense]. Wow, I can't believe Buffalo is what it is, a town that I will enjoy.' It just seemed like a lot of stuff was pointing in this direction. That's why I'm excited to be here and looking forward to doing really special things on the field once we get rolling."

Kolb was originally acquired by the Arizona Cardinals to be their franchise quarterback, however, was benched due to inconsistent play and multiple injuries. Last season, Kolb threw for 1,169 yards and eight touchdowns in only six games played. Since being drafted by Philadelphia in 2007, he has a total of 5,206 yards and 28 touchdowns in 34 total games played.
