Today at 1:30 p.m. ET, the Seattle Seahawks continue their 2014 training camp live from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton. The session can be live streamed for free by clicking here.
The Seahawks are looking to build on their NFC-best 13-3 finish to the 2013-14 season that saw the franchise bring its first Super Bowl title to Seattle.
Pete Carroll's squad not only finished 13-3 last season, but went on to topple the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Playoffs, the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship and the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl. Now, they're hoping to build on that success.
Russell Wilson enters his third season under center for Seattle after going 257-for-407 (63.1%) for 3,357 yards with 26 touchdowns and nine interceptions in the regular season and will look to continue to make Seattle an imposing threat in 2014.
The Seahawks will hope to have Percy Harvin healthy after he was limited to just one game last season where he managed one lone reception for 17 yards. Harvin was hampered by his surgically-repaired hip, but is happy to be healthy at training camp.
One familiar face that won't be at camp is Marshawn Lynch, who is a training camp holdout after rushing for 1,257 yards on 301 carries with 12 scores last season.
The Seahawks continue to march toward their Aug. 7 pre-season Super Bowl rematch against the Broncos today at training camp.
