Troubled Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon has been arrested in Edmond, Oklahoma and charged with possession of marijuana.

The Jaguars receiver is already serving an indefinite suspension from the NFL for violating the league's substance-abuse policy three times, and could be subject to more punishment from the league. According to ESPN, cops could smell marijuana coming from Blackmon’s car and found the drug after a search of his vehicle.

“Several Oklahoma television stations, including KWTV News 9 in Oklahoma City, reported that Edmond Police Department officers that stopped Blackmon for a traffic violation could smell the odor of marijuana coming from his car. Police searched the car and found marijuana and took Blackmon into custody.”

This is the second time Blackmon has been arrested in Oklahoma after he was arrested in May 2012 during a traffic stop in Stillwater, Oklahoma, after driving with a blood alcohol content triple the legal limit. Blackmon was also arrested Texas in 2010 on a misdemeanor DUI charge after he was caught speeding.

Blackmon only managed one season with the Jaguars before his downward spiral and in that one season he caught 64 passes for 865 yards and five touchdowns.
