LIVERPOOL vs. AS ROMA Live Stream FREE Online: 2014 Club Friendly from Boston, Projected Lineups and TACTICAL PREVIEW

Two clubs looking to return to form will do battle today in a friendly between Liverpool and AS Roma. The match scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET will be held at Fenway Park in Boston and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on NBC Sports.

Liverpool continues its summer tour, but this time, U.S. soil will be blessed with the footballing talents of the Reds. New signings Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert and a slew of others will have the opportunity to showcase their abilities to the partisan crowd in Boston this evening. Manager Brendan Rodgers hopes those same men will allow the club to challenge for titles in 2014.

"The key is we have signed hungry players who want to do their best for Liverpool," Rodgers said (via Liverpool Echo). "They are technically and tactically gifted, but also have the personality to work. We do our homework on their characters before they come in. I'm excited by them all."

"Rickie got himself back a week early as he wanted to get back into it and he's been a pleasure to work with," he added. "He's a proper man, 32 but very fit and he's really going to offer us something different whether he starts or comes off the bench. He's really strong in the air, but also has a great touch and a lovely feel for the ball. He has fitted into the group really well."

"Adam is a wonderful talent. I've seen his progression since he was a young player. In the short time I've worked with him I've realized what a good man he is. He's here because he's hungry and wants to fight for Liverpool. He left a great club in Southampton, which he had the great honor of captaining, to come to one of the biggest clubs in the world."

"There is real excitement going into this season and we want to be up there competing for the biggest prizes."
