The Baltimore Orioles (1-1) will face the Tampa Bay Rays (1-1) in the rubber match of their three game series at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Thursday at 3:10 P.M. Eastern Time. That game can be streamed live on MLB.com with a subscription.

Baltimore opened the series with a 7-4 rout on Tuesday with Jason Hammel (1-0) earning the victory. Tampa Bay evened the series with an 8-7 ninth-inning win thanks to a walk-off homer from right fielder Matt Joyce.

Joyce went 2-2 seeing limited time off the bench before hitting the deciding home run in the bottom of the ninth. Rays closer Fernando Rodney (1-0) earned the win after pitching a single inning and allowing one earned run, one hit and one walk before blowing a save opportunity.

Baltimore will start right-hander Miguel Gonzalez in Thursday's game. Gonzalez went 9-4 with a 3.25 ERA and 77 strikeouts last season, his first in the Major Leagues.

Right-hander Roberto Hernandez gets the nod for Tampa Bay. Hernandez saw limited time last season, pitching in just three games and earning an 0-3 record in 14.1 innings pitched. The veteran spent the first seven years of his career in Cleveland and has a career record of 184-153 with a 4.64 ERA.
