Following her arrest in Connecticut on June 30, WWE Diva Tenille "Emma" Dashwood was not backstage at Monday Night RAW this week in Montreal.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Emma was not in attendance at the Bell Centre for this week's live telecast of the WWE's flagship program and her name has not been brought up internally after she was fired and quickly re-hired last week following her arrest.
Emma was arrested for larceny at a Hartford Wal-Mart last Monday around 1 p.m. prior to that night's live RAW telecast and it reportedly came as a major shock to everyone in the company. According to the police report, Emma pocketed an iPad case and walked out of the store in an event that eventually led to her arrest and prompted her lawyer to say it was accidental.
WWE Talent Upset Over Royalty Pay Amid Budget Cuts
The WWE quickly released a statement after the arrest made it to mainstream media saying that Emma was responsible for her own actions. There were then reports that the company believed internally that it would be a one day story and would blow over the next day.
After media outlets continued to report on the arrest, the WWE opted to release Emma from her contract and even announced the decision on the company website. Mere hours later, Emma was fully reinstated by the WWE as they realized a lot of Superstars have been in trouble with the law in the past and were given second chances, such as Jack Swagger after his DUI.
Emma was part of NXT and was brought up to the main roster in January, mostly sticking by Santino Marella and forming a tandem with him. Now that Marella announced his retirement at a WWE live event in Toronto over the weekend after suffering a third neck injury, it's uncertain what the future holds for the Diva.
It's uncertain if Emma was held off of RAW for the arrest or because creative is coming up with something for her to do now that Marella has retired, but it is likely that the company is just waiting for the whole thing to blow over.
