Brazilian fans mocked Rolling Stones lead man Mick Jagger for his woeful World Cup predictions by showing up in the Brazil versus Columbia match with posters of the rock and roll legend depicting him as supporting their quarterfinal opponents.

Jagger has built a reputation for badly missing on his World Cup predictions, and Brazilian soccer fans have taken note of this. On Friday, hundreds of Brazil fans brought out posters of the Rolling Stones singer dressed in a Columbia shirt in an attempt to have luck on their side per report from the Daily Mail UK.

Brazil did beat Columbia, 3-1, in a hotly contested match.

Jagger isn't exactly known as the most accurate World Cup analyst with many of his predictions going way off. Last month, he predicted to more than 70,000 fans that four-time World Cup champ Italy would win over Uruguay and go to the knockout phase. Instead, the Italians lost 1-0 in shocking fashion.

In May, he also predicted that Portugal bannered by Cristiano Ronaldo would be the World Cup champion. But Portugal was eliminated before the knockout stages.

In June, he took to Twitter to urge his native England in a game against Uruguay. He tweeted: "Let's go England! This is the one to win!!" But the Uruguayans led by Luis Suarez defeated England and put another black eye on Jagger's World Cup predictions.

The Brazilians started mocking Jagger's football predictions four years ago when their team lost in stunning fashion to the Netherlands in the quarterfinals. They ridiculed Jagger, who showed up at the South African stadium dressed in a Brazilian shirt.
