The Miami Heat's Big 3 have made it to four consecutive NBA Finals, but the Game 5 loss to the San Antonio Spurs for the 2013-14 NBA title may have been the last time the trio ever plays together.

With all three opting out for free agency, it seems as though Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh may return to the Heat while the future of LeBron James is up in the air.

According to ESPN, the three superstars met with each other for lunch last Wednesday and came out of it uncertain of whether or not they'd remain as a Big 3 unit next season.

James has many suitors and reportedly is looking for a maximum-level salary which the Heat may not be able to provide under the cap if they look to bring back Wade and Bosh and add other free agents.

It was widely believed that after Wade and Bosh opted out of their deals with the Heat and followed in James' footsteps that they would all end up in the same place and likely back in Miami, but that may not be the case after all as sources that have spoken with Wade and Bosh suggest that they are looking to return to Miami but aren't sure what James will opt to do..

"It's not a done deal," a source told ESPN about the prospect of James returning to Miami. "That's for sure."

Sources have also said that Wade and Bosh opted out of the remaining $42 million of their contracts in order to allow the Heat to bring in some more talent to entice James to stay. Others sources have said that Wade and Bosh discussed what the Heat might look like without James on the team.

According to reports, Bosh is seeking a five-year deal worth between $80 and $90 million while Wade hopes to garner a pact worth $55-60 million over four years, but both are willing to take less money in order to make the team better.

James and his camp have been tight-lipped about what the four-time MVP is thinking as far as where he will play next year, but it remains possible that he ends up back with the Heat and reunites with Wade and Bosh.

The Heat have also looked at outside options such as Luol Deng, Pau Gasol and Kyle Lowry.

James was noncommittal when he met with Wade in Bosh 2010, but he ended up signing with the Heat. Two NBA championships later, and James is once again not committing to rejoining Miami, but he could very well end up keeping the Big 3 intact.
