Triple H revealed on Monday night's edition of RAW that John Cena will be facing Randy Orton, Roman Reigns and Kane in a Fatal 4 Way Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Battleground before mentioning that if Cena passes that test there is a "Plan B" waiting for him, and that may be a hint at reintroducing Brock Lesnar into the WWE.

It has been expected that Lesnar will face Cena for the title at SummerSlam on Aug. 17 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and Amazon even accidentally leaked a DVD cover with both Superstars on the it to add fuel to the rumors.

Lesnar was reportedly originally expected to wrestle Daniel Bryan for the title at the event before he suffered a neck injury that has sidelined him for the foreseeable future. The neck injury led to the WWE vacating the title and putting it up for grabs in an eight-man Ladder Match at Sunday's Money in the Bank, which Cena won.

Now, Cena will face Orton, Kane and Reigns at Battleground on July 20 from the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Florida while Triple H has threatened him with a backup plan.

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, while many people believe that Triple H was referring to Seth Rollins' Money in the Bank contract as his 'Plan B,' it is in fact likely foreshadowing Lesnar's return and not a contract cash-in.

Rollins may eventually decide to cash in the title shot -- though his attempt was thwarted on RAW by Dean Ambrose -- but it likely won't be any time soon as his program with Ambrose is expected to continue going forward while the WWE keeps the briefcase with him to pose a constant threat to the champion.

There were various reports over the weekend saying the WWE had an idea to give Orton the Championship at Sunday's Money in the Bank pay-per-view, but word coming out of RAW is that the plan was always for Cena to win the Ladder Match and go on to face Lesnar once it became clear that Bryan wasn't going to be able to return for quite some time.

There have been reports that Lesnar, fresh off of ending The Streak of The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX, will carry that momentum into SummerSlam and a title match with Cena. There have been rumors that Lesnar will win the gold there and carry it around for at least a month before dropping it at the Night of Champions event on Sept. 21, likely back to Cena.

Lesnar is expected to come back for SummerSlam and be a mainstay in the company into Night of Champions, but it remains to be seen if he'll sign a contract beyond then.

Cena will likely survive Battleground as WWE Champion only to lose the gold to Triple H's 'Plan B,' Brock Lesnar, at SummerSlam.
