No. 1 Novak Djokovic and No. 3 Andy Murray rolled through another round as day 7 of Wimbledon comes to a close. No. 5 Maria Sharapova didn't get a chance to play No. 9 Angelique Kerber as it was postponed and will be made up.
Losing on the men’s side was No. 9 John Isner, No. 14 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and No. 20 Kevin Anderson while on the women’s side No. 11 Ana Ivanovic, No. 25 Alize Cornet and No. 4 Agnieszka Radwanska also were sent home.
Day 8 of the tournament will have us follow No. 2 Rafael Nadal, No. 4 Roger Federer and No. 5 Maria Sharapova as they make their way down the home stretch of the tournament. All eyes will be on Nadal and Federer as they look to continue their great play until they inevitably meet with Murry and Djokovic.
