The mother of Indiana Pacers forward Paul George's baby is suing for sole custody of their two-month-old daughter, alleging he has never met the child and is too busy with his career to be a parent.
According to the New York Post, former Miami stripper Daniela Rajic further alleges the 24-year-old George "is not capable of the care of the child, due to, among other things, his lifestyle and his residency away from the child."
The Post reported Olivia George was born on May 1, of this year at Weill Cornell Medical Center and now lives in Middle Village, Queens.
Rajic is seeking an unspecified amount of child support from the millionaire NBA star and a court-ordered paternity test. The Post added although Rajic has already had a DNA test performed that confirms George as the father, a spokesman for the player said he is awaiting "legal confirmation" of paternity.

A rep for George said, "This is a routine paternity case, but perhaps someone finds it unusual that a high profile athlete is willing to accept responsibility and provide emotional and financial support for a child once it is legally determined to be his."
George averaged 22 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Pacers last season. During the Pacers' run to the finals of the Eastern Conference playoffs, George upped those numbers to 22.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.2 steals against LeBron James and the Miami Heat.
