Richard Sherman has finally reached his breaking point with the media and unfortunately it was the Seattle media that broke the camel’s back. Sherman will boycott the Seattle media after they disclosed his home address prompting many fans to flock to the destination to see Sherman.

According to CBS Seattle, the Seattle Times published the address to Richard Sherman’s new home causing fans to gather outside the home looking to get a look at the famous Seattle cornerback.

“The Seattle Times is getting some flack for publishing the address of Richard Sherman's new home in Maple Valley last week.

The newspaper reported on the Seahawks cornerback purchasing the home of NBA star Jamal Crawford and detailed all the home's features including the square footage, the number of bedrooms and the $2.31 million price tag.

Most of the outrage at the Seattle Times is coming from Sherman himself who says he is being bombarded with fans hanging out around his house wanting autographs -- or wanting to just "hang out." The attention has gotten so out of control that Sherman is now refusing to speak to the local press.”

However, the issue with the entire story is that the addresses in the area of Seattle that Sherman now calls home are in the public domain. Anyone who wanted to find out who lived in that area could had found out on their own thus clearing the Seattle Times of some of the blame.

Sherman has become an overnight celebrity with his play as well as his words on his way to a Super Bowl victory with the Seattle Seahawks. Sherman also received a massive extension this offseason as a reward for his play and the fact that he might be the best cornerback in the NFL.
