With The Shield broken up and all three members going their separate ways, Roman Reigns is expected to get a huge push and he spoke about the influx of young up-and-comers making an impact in the WWE lately.

Update On Vince McMahon Making Budget Cuts For WWE

Reigns appeared on 106.7 The Fan in Washington, D.C. - the site of Monday night's episode of RAW -- and spoke with the Chad Dukes and the Sports Junkies radio program about a myriad of topics, including the young talent currently making an impact in the WWE.

"When people talk about the pastime of wrestling and how the guys used to be and there's all these little stories here and there," Reigns told the show. "I like to think that we shine in that regard. We're a different breed, the new guys coming up."

Hulk Hogan May Appear At WWE MITB

Reigns had been in The Shield since his debut in November of 2012, but the WWE had the group split up for the first time earlier this month. Seth Rollins attacked Reigns and Dean Ambrose with a steel chair to turn heel and split up the group.

Reigns is expected to be the next big Superstar in the company and is one of seven Superstars competing in the main event Ladder Match at Sunday's Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Reigns will battle Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Cesaro, Bray Wyatt and John Cena in a seven-man Ladder Match for the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the event and is expected to be a major babyface going forward.

Reigns is rumored to take on Triple H on Aug. 17 at SummerSlam which will be a major singles match for him as the WWE continues to push him towards the main event scene.

During the interview, Reigns addressed The Miz, who is expected to return to action under the tutelage of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair soon but has fallen out of the main event scene he found himself in back in 2011.

"He had a nice run and he was doing the things he did," Reigns said of The Miz. "He headlined a WrestleMania. He also, he has different ties and crossover connections with what he did before he started wrestling... With any character or any performer there's always a chance to change yourself, to evolve, to be different, to show something new. I think that anybody who is feeling like they're stale, if they need to revamp... if they can do that, then there's respect in that."

Reigns will take part in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match contract signing on Monday's edition of RAW from the nation's capital in the final installment of the flagship show before the Money in the Bank pay-per-view this Sunday.
