Lolo Jones Watches in Horror as USMNT Gives Up Game-Tying Goal in World Cup [VIDEO]

Lolo Jones has been awesome with social media; she's also been horrible with social media.

On Sunday night, the Summer and Winter Olympian was dead on using social media.

Bleacher Report posted a before and after of Lolo Jones during the U.S. soccer men's national team last-second denial of reaching the World Cup's Sweet Sixteen on Sunday.

Jones, decked out in a white T-Shirt with a pair of stars and stripes pants, was partying - as was the rest of the U.S. soccer fans, as the team closed in on advancing out of the Group of Death with a 2-1 lead over Portugal during the extra time period.

Jones' self-deprecating humor was on full display during that sequence. Was she hamming it up for the camera a bit? Of course, but it still captured the emotions of U.S. soccer fans as the last sequence played out Sunday against Portugal when Cristiano Ronaldo passed to set up Silvestre Varela with the game-tying header.

>Jones included the caption: "I went from this TO this... in 30 seconds."

Jones recently began training to make her return to track and field, competing in three hurdles events in the same week two weeks ago.

She had taken time off from her 11th-place finish in the women's bobsled at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi but has lost 25 pounds to get ready for track and field season.

Any more endings like the one the U.S. men's soccer team experienced on Sunday, and Jones won't have to diet anymore; she - and all the other U.S. fans - may be too depressed to eat.
