BLUE JAYS vs YANKEES Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from NEW YORK

Tonight at 7:05 p.m. ET, the Toronto Blue Jays (41-32) and New York Yankees (37-33) take the field at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx for the finale of their three-game set. The game can be live streamed here. Toronto fans can hear all of the action on SN590 while New York fans can do the same on WFAN 101.9.

Toronto looks to salvage the last game of this series as it continues a 10-game road trip that it is currently 2-4 on while New York looks for a big sweep as it plays the third game of its six-game homestand.

The Blue Jays enter the game in first place in the American League East and the Yankees are in second place chomping at their heels by sitting just 2.5 games back.

Drew Hutchison (5-4, 3.62 ERA) takes the ball for Toronto while New York counters with David Phelps, who is 2-4 with a 4.32 ERA.

Phelps is coming off of an outing against the Oakland Athletics where he lasted 6.2 innings while allowing no runs and two hits with four strikeouts.

"Just trying to be consistent on mechanics and all my pitches is the biggest thing for me," Phelps said about his mindset via MLB.com.

The Blue Jays hope that Hutchison will continue to thrive on the road since his splits are better away from the Rogers Centre than they are at home, but the team hasn't seen much success in New York City the last couple of seasons.

"Maybe we don't like the bright lights of Broadway, that's all I can figure," Blue Jays manager John Gibbons told MLB.com after the team dropped the first two games. "Last year, we didn't win a game here. We lost the first couple here [this season], and then it goes even further back. It's a mystery, who knows why? They definitely have our number, but there's a lot of games left here, and we need to bounce back."

Toronto designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion is second in the AL with 20 homers, fourth with 54 RBI and ranks fifth in the league with a .564 slugging percentage. Encarnacion is hitting .260 thus far on the season.

Blue Jays outfielders Jose Bautista and Melky Cabrera have had solid seasons thus far as well. Bautista ranks first in the AL in on-base percentage (.432) and walks (53), second in OPS (.972) and third in runs scored (51) while Cabrera is hitting .296 with 10 homers and 35 RBI, and ranks second in the AL with 89 hits.

New York centerfielder Jacoby Ellsbury ranks tied for third in the AL with 18 stolen bases while Brett Gardner is tied for fourth with four triples this season. First baseman Mark Teixeira leads the team in long balls (11) and is tied with catcher Brian McCann for the team lead in RBI (33).

The Blue Jays look to extend its lead in the AL East while the Yankees look for a clean sweep when these teams take the field for the finale of a three-game set at Yankee Stadium tonight in the Bronx.
