Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has received his fair share of scrutiny from the media, but he spoke Monday about how the media handles themselves as well as how he feels about Johnny Manziel.

Rodgers spoke about the media and Manziel during an interview and didn't shy away from the questions. Rodgers spoke about how he is handling the spotlight better in light of Us Weekly snapping pictures of him with his new girlfriend Olivia Munn.

"I'm just going to live my life and enjoy my relationship and realize that comes with it," Rodgers said during an interview on Monday. "I still enjoy what little privacy I have left, and I'm going to hold on to that. But I'm not going to let that stuff bother me in ways that it used to.”

Rodgers transitioned into the media following Manziel around and his stance on Johnny Football’s party lifestyle and the media's role in it.

"His talent speaks for itself, but you know what, I think he has kept the right attitude through all of this," Rodgers said. "He's a young guy doing what young guys do, and he's enjoying life. He's had some opportunities to do some pretty cool things -- sitting courtside at games and whatnot -- but he can't control the people taking pictures of him.”

"But he's on his off time. He's on a weekend in Vegas when he doesn't have to be at the facility. He should feel comfortable doing exactly what he wants to do, and I don't think he's done anything wrong.”

Manziel could look to Rodgers’ game when looking to transition his game to the NFL. Rodgers plays a game that Manziel should look to mimic at the next level as his combination of great arm strength and mobility. Manziel now has a powerful voice in his corner and he has come to his aide when he didn’t ask nor need it. Rodgers’ voice could change some opinions of how some Manziel critics look at the Cleveland Browns’ rookie quarterback.
